HPE'S MANUFACTURING PLANT: |
Capable of the construction of pressure vessels up to 120 inches diameter and weights up to 30,000 pounds, as well as skid mounted component packages up to 12 feet wide x 30 feet long x 10 feet high. We also build custom vessels and equipment packages for a variety of applications to customer specifications. |
FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT: |
We have 11,200 square feet of manufacturing floor space with a 15 ton bridge crane. Maximum shipping door opening equal to 14 feet wide x 16 feet high. Three (3) 2 ton vessel turning roll sets; one (1) 10 ton turning roll set; one (1) 1500 lb. positioner; two (2) 600 Amp.; two (2) 450 Amp.; one (1) 400 Amp.; two (2) 250 Amp.; and two (2) 450 Amp. gtaw welding power sources. |

SMAW; SAW; GMAW; FCAW; GTAW; RW(Spot). |
QUALITY CONTROL: |
Meets the requirements of ASME Section VIII, Division I, National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, and Commercial Union Insurance Company. |
ENGINEERING: |
Complete pressure vessel design capabilities to ASME Code Section VIII, Division I including heat exchanger design to TEMA Class "R", "C", and "B" exchanger specs. AutoCad Drawing with transmittal and receiving capabilities. |
